"CONANP" reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, contents, functionality, products, services, and configuration that may be contained in "THE APPLICATION"; in this sense, the USER acknowledges and accepts that "CONANP" at any time may interrupt, deactivate, or cancel any of the elements that make up "THE APPLICATION" or the access to them.
The access to part of the contents and services of "THE APPLICATION" may be done prior subscription or registration of the USER.
"THE APPLICATION" is directed exclusively to persons of legal age (over 18 years old); in this sense, "CONANP" declines any responsibility for the non-compliance of this requirement.
"THE APPLICATION" is mainly directed to USERS residing in the Mexican Republic, therefore, "CONANP" does not assure that "THE APPLICATION" totally or partially complies with the legislation of other countries, so that, if the USER resides or has its address established in another country and decides to access or use "THE APPLICATION" shall do so under its own responsibility and shall ensure that such access and navigation complies with the local legislation applicable to it, and "CONANP" shall not assume any liability that may arise from such act.
The user acknowledges that "THE APPLICATION" will operate through internet and mobile networks, therefore the quality and availability of "THE APPLICATION" may be affected by factors beyond the control of "CONANP".
The USER is informed that "CONANP" may administer or manage "THE APPLICATION" directly or through a third party, which does not modify in any way what is established in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
To use "THE APPLICATION", the user must have a compatible cell phone or device, with internet connection and that meets the minimum specifications ("Software Requirements").
The software requirements are as follows: IOS 9 + and Android 4.4 or higher for viewing phone devices with Android OS
By using this site, the USER agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use set forth herein (hereinafter, the "terms and conditions"), and therefore acknowledges having read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Therefore, by accessing the site, you agree to abide by the foregoing.
The information and services for the acquisition of the Conservation Passport and Conservation Bracelets offered by "CONANP" refer exclusively to the regulations that govern them in the United Mexican States.
By using this site, the USER has full knowledge of the amount to be paid for each one of the Conservation Passports and/or Conservation Bracelets, according to the collection of rights provided by the Mexican Federal Law of Rights and its updates of each year.
The USER is fully aware that at the moment of entering the protected area under the jurisdiction of the Federation, "CONANP" will verify the collection of fees according to the Mexican Federal Law of Rights.
By using the information and making use of the services, the USER expresses his/her acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions of use of the site, as well as with the modifications that, if applicable, may be made.
USERS not residing in the United Mexican States who wish to access the site must ensure that access to and use of the site, its content and/or services is permitted in accordance with their own legislation.
The USER using this site outside the Mexican Republic shall be responsible for compliance with all laws of such jurisdiction.
It is the responsibility of the USER to use "THE APPLICATION" according to the way it was designed; in this sense, the use of any type of software that automates the interaction or downloading of the contents or services provided through "THE APPLICATION" is forbidden. Furthermore, the USER agrees to use the information, content or services offered through "THE APPLICATION" in a lawful manner, without contravening the provisions of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, morality, or public order, and shall refrain from performing any act that may affect the rights of third parties, or in any way impair the operation of "THE APPLICATION".
Likewise, the user agrees to provide lawful and truthful information in the forms enabled in the "THE APPLICATION", in which the USER must provide certain data or information for the access to the service offered by the "THE APPLICATION" itself. In any case, the USER shall immediately notify "CONANP" about any fact that could imply the improper use of the information registered in such forms, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to accounts and/or passwords, to proceed to its immediate cancellation.
As "THE APPLICATION" is exclusively intended for persons of legal age, the USER declares that he/she is of legal age and has the necessary legal capacity to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The use of the site is under the exclusive responsibility of the user.
The USER is authorized to view and download the materials contained in the site for personal use only and not for commercial use.
The USER shall keep copies of the downloaded materials, all notices and payment documents.
The USER shall not modify, reproduce or publicly or commercially display the materials, nor shall the USER distribute or use them for any public or commercial purpose.
The USER shall not transfer the materials to any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend, interrupt or stop operating the site and services at any time.
"CONANP" does not guarantee in any way the continuity and availability of the contents, products or services offered through "THE APPLICATION", nevertheless, "CONANP" will carry out the actions that according to its possibilities allow it to maintain the proper functioning of "THE APPLICATION", without this implying any responsibility on the part of "CONANP".
Likewise, "CONANP" shall not be responsible or guarantee that the content or software that may be accessed through "THE APPLICATION" is free of errors, malicious software, or that it may cause any damage at software or hardware level in the equipment through which the USER accesses "THE APPLICATION".
"CONANP" shall not be responsible for any damage that may be caused by an inadequate use of "THE APPLICATION". In no case shall "CONANP" be liable for any loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from the mere access or use of "THE APPLICATION".
In accordance with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law on Personal Data Protection, "CONANP" is committed to adopt the necessary measures within its reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected to guarantee its security and avoid its alteration, loss or unauthorized processing.
In addition, to comply with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law on Personal Data Protection, all personal data collected through the "THE APPLICATION" will be treated in accordance with the principles of legality, quality, purpose, loyalty, and responsibility. Any processing of personal data shall be subject to the consent of the owner. The same will occur in the case of sensitive personal data, considering by these those that due to an improper use may give rise to discrimination or its disclosure entails a risk for the owner.
At all times it will be ensured that the personal data contained in the databases or files used, if any, are pertinent, correct and updated for the purposes for which they were collected.
"CONANP” reserves its right to modify its Privacy Policy, according to its needs or derived from any change in the legislation. The access or use of "THE APPLICATION" after such changes, will imply the acceptance of these changes.
"CONANP", is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of "THE APPLICATION", understanding by this the source code that makes possible its operation as well as the images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, color combinations, structures, designs, and other elements that distinguish it.
They will be, therefore, protected by the Mexican legislation on intellectual and industrial property, as well as by the applicable international treaties.
Therefore, the reproduction, distribution, or diffusion of the contents of "THE APPLICATION", for commercial purposes, in any support and by any means, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of "CONANP".
The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of "CONANP". However, in addition to being able to visualize the elements of "THE APPLICATION", he/she may print, copy, or store them, if it is exclusively for his/her own personal use.
On the other hand, the USER shall refrain from deleting, altering, or manipulating any element, file, or content of "THE APPLICATION", and for no reason shall perform acts tending to violate the security, files or databases that are protected, either through a restricted access by means of a user and password, or because he/she does not have the permissions to view, edit or manipulate them.
In case the USER or any third party considers that any of the contents of "THE APPLICATION" implies a violation of the rights of protection of industrial or intellectual property, he/she shall immediately notify "CONANP" through the contact information available in "THE APPLICATION".
"CONANP" reserves the right to file the civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of "THE APPLICATION", its contents, products, or services, or for the noncompliance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The relationship between the USER and "CONANP" shall be governed by the laws in effect in Mexico. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the federal courts and tribunals of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
