From the southern zone, Isla Santo Domingo is accessed by sea in small boats, 11 km from Puerto Adolfo López Mateos, municipality of Comondú B.C.S.
Isla Magdalena is accessed by sea in small boats, 1.5 km from Puerto Adolfo López Mateos, and 25 km from Puerto San Carlos, municipality of Comondú B.C.S.
Isla Creciente is accessed by sea in small boats, 5 km from Puerto Chale, municipality of La Paz B.C.S.
2. Adelaida Island, San Benito and Cedros Archipelago
By sea, by air in Cedros Island, it is located 200 Km west of Guerrero Negro, municipality of Mulegé, BCS.
3. Islands: Coronado Archipelago, Todos Santos Archipelago, San Martin Island and San Jeronimo Archipelago.

In the Magdalena Bay Archipelago there is rainfall in winter and summer, 18-24°C, with total annual precipitation less than 100 mm. The other islands have temperatures between 12.2 and 31.5ºC.

Protected Area entrance fee
$60.37 MXN Entrance prices per person, per day, as collection of rights.
Senior citizens, pensioned and retired persons, disabled persons, and minors under 12 years of age will be exempt from the payment of fees, whose status will be accredited once they enter the Protected Area, if applicable, with the corresponding valid credential. A 50% discount will be applied to students and teachers with a valid credential, which must be presented upon entering the Protected Area.
