From San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, take state highway Sonora-03 (coastal) to the fishing town of Golfo de Santa Clara, Municipality of San Luis Rio Colorado (approximately 120 km); from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, head north on state highway Sonora-03 (coastal) and at km 11 the Protected Area begins; from Mexicali, B.C., take federal highway number 05 south and in 100 km the Protected Area begins.

There is access by paved roads (SON-40 Valle de San Luis Rio Colorado, SON-03 Costera) that lead to places of interest such as the ecotourism field La Ciénega de Santa Clara, La Salina, Golfo de Santa Clara town (beach), San Luis Rio Colorado municipality and Puerto Peñasco, Sonora and also destinations such as the Port of San Felipe, Baja California (highway No. 5 Mexicali - San Felipe) (main tourist destinations).

$46.23 MXN Entrance prices per person, per day, as collection of rights.
Senior citizens, pensioned and retired persons, disabled persons, and minors under 12 years of age will be exempt from the payment of fees, whose status will be accredited once they enter the Protected Area, if applicable, with the corresponding valid credential. A 50% discount will be applied to students and teachers with a valid credential, which must be presented upon entering the Protected Area.
