By the Chalco-Cuautla Federal Highway, passing through Amecameca and turning off onto the road that crosses the community of San Pedro Nexapa, until you reach Paso de Cortés (from Amecameca to Paso de Cortés you travel 23 km).
You can also consider a route through the State of Puebla traveling to Cholula and follow the road to Nealtican, continue on paved road to Santiago Xalitzintla and from there continue 22 Km to Paso de Cortés.
On the side of Morelos is to take the road towards the city, and then turn off to Tepoztlán and continue on the same road to Cuautla, when you reach the distributor road take towards Amecameca and before entering the town there is a sign on the right hand side towards Tlamacas.
To get to Paso de Cortés you must take a private vehicle since there is no means of transportation. - Transportation facilities
There is only transportation to the Municipality of Amecameca from Mexico City, as well as from Morelos and Puebla, so hiring a private vehicle should be considered.

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Departure from the PA is 8:30 p.m.

Precios de entrada
Cuota de entrada al ANP
$125 MXN por persona, por día, por concepto de cobro de derechos.
Quedarán exentas del pago de derechos las personas adultas mayores, pensionadas y jubiladas, personas con discapacidad y menores de 12 años, cuya calidad se acreditará una vez que se ingrese al ANP, en su caso, con la credencial vigente correspondiente. Se aplicará el 75% de descuento a las personas estudiantes y profesorado con credencial vigente, misma que deberá presentarse una vez que se ingrese al ANP. Se aplicará el 50% a visitantes nacionales, visitantes extranjeros residentes en el país que deberán acreditar su nacionalidad o residencia respectivamente con documento oficial vigente una vez que se ingrese al ANP.
