- Vías para llegar
Existen las siguientes alternativas: Tomar la Carretera Federal No. 1 conocida como Transpeninsular, o la carretera Estatal No. 19, que van de La Paz a Los Cabos.
Por la primera de ellas, se llega al poblado llamado Santiago a 128 Km, continuar 22 Km más por terracería, hasta llegar a San Dionisio, a partir de aquí se continúa a pie o en bestia por 28 Km más para llegar a la zona de campamento. Por último y siguiendo la misma vía anterior hasta Santiago, se continúa por la brecha que conduce hacia el Rancho Santa Amalia distante 16 kilómetros de Santiago; en este punto concluye el camino y se sigue una vereda a pie o en bestia a través del Cañón de La Zorra durante aproximadamente 32 kilómetros que conducen a la zona de campamento. Por la carretera estatal No. 19 que pasa por el poblado de Todos Santos y en el kilómetro 85 está un camino de terracería, que conduce por 18 kilómetros hasta El Portón. - Medios de transporte

Toda persona que visite la Reserva y se interne hacia la Zona Núcleo lo podrá hacer únicamente por las siguientes vías de acceso: La Burrera. Acceso en el Km. 54.5 carretera vía corta Todos Santos a Cabo San Lucas; La Victoria. Acceso a San Antonio de la Sierra en el Km. 147+600 carretera Transpeninsular No. 1 (vía larga) tramo La Paz a Cabo San Lucas; El Cañón La Zorra. Acceso por Santiago, Mpio. de Los Cabos Km. 84+500 carretera Transpeninsular No. 1 (vía larga) tramo Cabo San Lucas a La Paz; San Dionisio. Acceso por Santiago, Municipio de Los Cabos Km. 84+500 carretera Transpeninsular No. 1 (vía larga) tramo Cabo San Lucas a La Paz; San Pedro del Frijolar. Acceso en el Km. 40 carretera vía corta de La Paz a Cabo San Lucas, y Los Taraises o San Simón. Acceso en el Km. 168 de la carretera transpeninsular No. 1, tramo Cabo San Lucas a La Paz. Cabe mencionar que no todos los senderos están bien señalados y los que más se utilizan son el de la Burrera y el de San Dionisio.

$120 MXN Entrance prices per person, per day, as collection of rights.
Senior citizens, pensioned and retired persons, disabled persons, and minors under 12 years of age will be exempt from the payment of fees, whose status will be accredited once they enter the Protected Area, if applicable, with the corresponding valid credential. A 50% discount will be applied to students and teachers with a valid credential, which must be presented upon entering the Protected Area.

Visitor regulations in the Protected Area
Visitors and users who visit sites of tourist interest must comply with the following provisions:
1. Not to travel outside the routes and interpretive trails established by the Directorate.
2. Not to throw, deposit or leave any type of garbage. not to excavate or level the land where they camp. 3.
3. Not to erect permanent camping facilities.
4. Not to spend the night outside the areas designated for such purpose.
5. Not to alter the natural conditions of the site where camping has taken place.
6. Not to make fire outside the designated sites and under the conditions indicated for such purpose.
7. Not to make unnecessary noise.
8. Not to cut or mutilate plants.
9. Do not disturb animals.
10. Not to introduce paints of any kind, except with justification and under control.
11. Not to enter bodies of water.
12. Not to leave combustible materials that imply fire risks in the visited area.
13. Do not take fossils or archeological artifacts.
14. Not to alter sites of historical, cultural or natural value.
15. Not to introduce firearms, axes and machetes.
16. Not to introduce alcoholic beverages.
17. Not to defecate in the open air. if there are no facilities, they shall use the cat hole technique.
18. Not to contaminate bodies of water with any type of organic or inorganic waste.
19. Not to leave campfires burning. any campfire must be completely extinguished at the end of its use, guaranteeing its total extinction.
20. Not to camp at distances less than 60 meters from any body of water. and
21. Not to introduce exotic species of any kind.
