You can arrive from Villahermosa by federal highway 186 to Escarcega, 140 km away, take the junction of federal highway 203 to the municipalities of Emiliano Zapata and Tenosique, a distance of 60 kilometers. Other routes are the Balancán-Tenosique and Tenosique-El Ceibo (Guatemala) roads.

Precios de entrada
Cuota de entrada al ANP
$90 MXN por persona, por día, por concepto de cobro de derechos.
Quedarán exentas del pago de derechos las personas adultas mayores, pensionadas y jubiladas, personas con discapacidad y menores de 12 años, cuya calidad se acreditará una vez que se ingrese al ANP, en su caso, con la credencial vigente correspondiente. Se aplicará el 75% de descuento a las personas estudiantes y profesorado con credencial vigente, misma que deberá presentarse una vez que se ingrese al ANP. Se aplicará el 50% a visitantes nacionales, visitantes extranjeros residentes en el país que deberán acreditar su nacionalidad o residencia respectivamente con documento oficial vigente una vez que se ingrese al ANP.

Reglamento para el visitante en el ANP
1. Registrarse al entrar a las Áreas Naturales Protegidas
2. Dar aviso sobre las actividades que se realizarán por seguridad y en casos de emergencia.
3. Obedecer las indicaciones y recomendaciones que haga el personal del área natural protegida para evitar accidentes.
4. Contratar a un prestador/a de servicios certificado.
5. Cuidar a los animales y plantas evitando extraer, alimentar o molestar a cualquier especie.
6. Si existen botes de basura usarlos, en caso contrario, el visitante deberá llevarse su basura.
