To enter the Protected Area, you must first take a land route along Mexico Highway 307 and the Mahahual/Quintana Roo El Cafetal-Mahahahual Highway, and in Mahahual you must board a tourist boat with the corresponding authorization issued by the Península de Yucatán and Caribe Mexicano Regional Management Office of CONANP

$362.20 MXN Entrance prices per person, per day, as collection of rights.
Senior citizens, pensioned and retired persons, disabled persons, and minors under 12 years of age will be exempt from the payment of fees, whose status will be accredited once they enter the Protected Area, if applicable, with the corresponding valid credential. A 50% discount will be applied to students and teachers with a valid credential, which must be presented upon entering the Protected Area.

Visitor regulations in the Protected Area
1. The entrance to the ANP can only be done with tourist service providers that have the corresponding authorization issued by the Regional Directorate for Banco Chinchorro.
2. Island biosecurity measures must be implemented to avoid the reintroduction of any invasive exotic species and to reduce the spread of white syndrome (loss of living tissue) in coral reefs.
3. Free and autonomous diving equipment must be disinfected prior to its use in the ANP.
4. Do not touch, harass, feed, harm, or extract wildlife.
5. Do not stand on the corals.
6. No spear fishing. or the use of fishing nets.
7. No littering or lighting fires on the beach. avoid using sunscreen. 8.
8. No fishing without the corresponding authorization.
9. At present, no service provider is authorized to carry out extractive activities such as swimming or taking pictures of crocodiles, so it is not an authorized activity.
